I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). For 24 years, I have worked as an Intensive Marriage and Couples Therapist with my husband David Rubinstein, MA, RP. I now also maintain a busy Individual counselling practice for women, blending my experience as a Couple Therapist with Energy Psychology protocols. I work with women of all ages to enhance self-esteem, create secure relationships, and cope with traumatic loss. I also specialize in helping women over 60 to overcome late-in-life challenges, find new meaning and purpose, live vibrantly, and enjoy aging gracefully.
In private and secure online video-conference sessions, I will help you gain a deeper understanding of how your early childhood experiences unconsciously frame the way you see the world. I will work with you to relieve stress, overcome past hurts, and let go of limiting beliefs that may keep you from living your life to the fullest.
